COMMUNITY LEADERS ENDORSE JOHN VALDIVIA for CITY COUNCIL in 3rd WARD ELECTION
Community leaders across San Bernardino are joining together to support John Valdivia in his bid for city council in the 3rd Ward.
“I’m proud to support John Valdivia for city council. . . he will be an an effective leader for our 3rd Ward neighborhoods,” declared retired 3rd Ward Councilman Jess Flores.”
3rd Ward resident & business owner, Gary Walbourne, has extended his support of John Valdivia, and stated, “The concerns of local residents have been ignored for too long. John Valdivia will bring fresh leadership to help us clean up the mess at City Hall.”
Included in the list of endorsements, in support of John Valdivia, is San Bernardino’s 5th Ward Councilman, Chas Kelley:
“John Valdivia is an exceptional community leader who supports a realistic Economic Action Plan that will bring needed jobs to our community. I support John because I believe in a better future for San Bernardino,” stated Kelley.
Other community leaders endorsing Valdivia’s candidacy include: City Councilwoman Wendy McCammack; former Mayor Evyln Wilcox; Building Commissioner Stephanie Allen; Franchise Commissioner Louella Deetz; Measure Z Overisght Commissioner Marlene Evans; Senior Affairs Commissioner Mariyln Gilbert; Police Commissioner Frank Guzman; Parks Commissioner Roger Henderson; Fire Commissioner Lynette Kaplan; and, Measure Z Oversight Commissioner John Maxwell.
